Human Boy
Our body has many interesting things to known about. Our
entire body is covered with skin. Observer you skin, you will see hair growing
at some places. Our skin is different at different places. Have you ever felt your
arm? Feel your arm by your finger of you left hand. It is soft on the top and
you feel something hard below. The hard parts are bones and the soft parts are
muscles.
Bones support our body. If our hand did not have a bone to
support it, it would hang loose and we would not able to use it. Bones together
form a skeleton which gives our body its shape. A skeleton contains several
bones. Bones are jointed. At some of joints, our bones move over one anther.
That is way; we can move our hands, fingers, legs and other parts of body.
Muscles are attached to the bones and we use our muscles to
move our bones. We use muscles called biceps to move our arms. We need strong
muscles to run fast and to be good at games. We need both proper food and
exercise to keep our muscles healthy and strong.
